Big skies and Red Roads

North of Denver, the open road seemed to improve and clear out of traffic.
The snow-capped mountains of the Rockies to our west were almost always within view, depending on the curves in the road. Miles passed rather quickly and we soon crossed over into Wyoming.

Wyoming had red surfacing on the roads that was unique.
I never saw that anywhere else we drove.
These red roads were smooth to drive on, too.

Our elevation remained high and so the skies appeared wide and blue.
Clouds gave character and dimension to these gorgeous skies.

This lady biker had a small cat or dog in that carrier.
I have seen 3-wheel motorcycles before but the
2 wheels were always in the back. This one looks sort of backward to me.
